Front Nine, Full Eighteen or Clubhouse: pick your kit, upload your logo and pay a 65% deposit online by card or invoice. We'll send a watermarked proof as soon as you order, by card or invoice; production waits until the deposit is paid. You have 14 days from the first proof to approve it (reminders on days 3, 7 and 12); after that the order is cancelled and your deposit refunded in full. An invoice deposit not paid within 14 days cancels the order, with nothing to refund.
Signature polos, mixed kits or anything unusual: request a quote and we reply with a preview and a written estimate.
Nothing is made until you approve the proof. The 35% balance is due 21 days before ship date.
Use the Event Builder or quote form: event name, date, player count, kit and your logo file.
We place your logo on the kit and send a watermarked preview so you can see it before you commit.
You get a written estimate: items, quantity, price per player, ship date and how long the estimate holds.
The proof locks sizes, spelling, logo, price and ship date. You approve it when everything looks right.
A deposit at proof approval starts production: 65% for standard US-route kits, 60% for Signature kits. Standard kits arrive about 6 weeks after proof approval; Signature kits about 10 weeks. The balance is due 21 days before ship date.
